It’s done, basically the same things from the last post, just more of it. Also, a few added suggestions like scrunching up the face before the crying. I’ve also added hair animations, because this rig actually has hair controls.
A Piece of the Master…piece PUNS!
ThesisTHE FIRST MINUTE IS COMPLETE!!!
Praises to Henry for even adding a twisting nether background. I was surprised and impressed.
Scene 4 Almost Done
ScenesGot some notes that I’m addressing now. Trying to add some asymmetry to the face, and the eye darts were a little too wild so I toned them down. Also added more movement with the entire body during key beats.
Scene 4 Progress
ScenesI’ve added the lip sync and some eye darts.
Scene 4 Blocking Phase
ScenesMy dialogue was approved and now I’m in the initial blocking phase. This shot is meant to display more of the characters internal thought processes. Again, no lip sync till later.
Scene 3 is DONE
ScenesShot 3 is done in time to submit it for the BFA gallery, HUZZAH! Behold it’s textured, custom lighted goodness.
All on track…I think…
ThesisI’ve colored the majority of the rough animations. Our group goal is to get this single minute ready for the gallery at the end of the month. Aside from one or two more shots, its mostly cleanup now
Scene 3 Nearing the End
UncategorizedAlright, the shot is getting to the point of completion. Only some minor details left to address.
Scene 3 Less and More
ScenesI’ve toned down the broad movement for the guy clinging to the pole, also I’m trying to push the feeling of fear within him. As for the reassuring guy, I’m reworking his initial posing as well as the “hand to shoulder” movement.
Scene 3 The Switch
ScenesWell after a major critique I’ve come to the decision to switch the voices of the two characters of my shot. It feels much better now after doing so, I’ve also decided to drop the hand hold near the end.
